This is a suit for damages for personal injuries suffered by Michael Davis when he was shot by Robert Marie. Also made defendant was State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, which denied coverage. Defendant answered denying liability and alleging that the altercation in which plaintiff was injured was provoked by him.
