This appeal is from the decision of the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) Board of Appeals (board) affirming the rejection of claims 4, 9, and 15-17 in application serial No. 44,592, filed June 8, 1970, for "Emulsion Polymerization Method for Preparing Aqueous Dispersions of Organic Polymer Particles."1 We reverse.
