STATE of Louisiana ex rel. Albert CLARK v. Hon. Frank MARULLO, Judge, Section "D" Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans.

Writ denied. Since the trial judge has acted upon applicant's petition for habeas in the trial court, this application to force him to do so by mandamus is moot.
