PER CURIAM.

The Board of State Bar Commissioners (hereinafter the Board) filed a complaint in this court seeking disciplinary action against the defendant, Gilbert Sedor, on July 14, 1975. Defendant's answer was filed on August 5, 1975. The court appointed the Honorable W. L. JACKMAN of Madison, Wisconsin to serve as referee. The referee made his findings, conclusions and recommendations on February 15, 1976 and the same were filed
