Writ refused. Under the factual determination of the jury approved by the court of appeal, we cannot say the result is erroneous as a matter of law.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. The majority opinion makes no factual finding. From what we have before us, the jury was so wrong that even those who rest on the "Manifest error" doctrine should conclude that the verdict was erroneous.
