Petitioner moves this Court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. He is presently incarcerated in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, serving the remainder of a 13-year sentence after revocation of his mandatory release.
