The defendant, Joseph B. Morris, Jr., was convicted by a jury of possessing a narcotic drug for the purpose of sale and with the intent to induce or aid another to unlawfully use or possess narcotics. C.R. S.1963, 48-5-20(1)(a), (b).1 On appeal, the defendant claims that the evidence is insufficient to sustain his conviction.
