This is another in a now long line of recent cases in which a litigant seeks to obtain full appellate review by this court of an interlocutory ruling or order which has not been reported by the judge who entered it, and we hold, once again, that such review is not available in these circumstances, regardless of the procedural vehicle by which it is sought.
