The Attorney-General instituted a special proceeding pursuant to subdivision 12 of section 63 of the Executive Law, seeking to enjoin Bestline Products, Inc. and Bestline, Inc. (hereinafter referred to collectively as Bestline) from commission of deceptive acts and practices in the conduct of their business and further seeking restitution on behalf of those who invested with the respondents.
