Appellee, Raymond Arcadio Ochoa, was indicted for the theft of a 1973 Ford pickup truck. From an order suppressing all evidence obtained from the asserted wrongful stopping of the Ford truck which Ochoa was driving, the State has appealed. The Court of Appeals affirmed. We granted review. Opinion of the Court of Appeals, 23 Ariz.App. 510, 534 P.2d 441
