MILLER, Judge.

Plaintiffs Isaac Foreman Hawkins, et al, the record owners, appeal the dismissal of their petitory action. The trial court held defendant Johnny Burleigh established thirty years adverse possession. We reverse.

This litigation commenced in February 1970 as a possessory action brought by Burleigh. During the course of the litigation, issues have been presented to four different trial judges. Burleigh's discovery deposition was taken in March...
