This appeal arises from a denial of appellant's post-trial motion for judgment of acquittal or a new trial. Appellant was indicted for second-degree murder (D.C. Code 1973, § 22-2403) and carrying a pistol without a license (D.C.Code 1973, § 22-3204). A motion to suppress identification testimony was heard and denied. After a jury trial, appellant was found guilty of a lesser included offense...
