We have consolidated these two statutory petitions for certiorari. The petitioners in each case are the owners of substantial parcels of real estate located in the town of Narragansett. They are challenging the town council's March 6, 1974 adoption of an ordinance which constituted a major revamping and overhaul of Narragansett's zoning ordinance.
