Plaintiff-appellant, Gail McFarland Sheppard, instituted this tort action against the defendants-appellees, J. C. Penney Company, Inc., and its liability insurer, Travelers Insurance Company, for damages allegedly caused to her by an employee of the former. From a judgment of dismissal the plaintiff has appealed. We reverse.
