KAVANAGH, C.J.

This is an appeal from an order of the State Bar Grievance Board of January 17, 1975 affirming an order of discipline made by Wayne County Hearing Panel No. 14 on April 18, 1974 suspending respondent's license to practice law for 60 days.

Respondent does not challenge the correctness of the hearing panel's findings of fact, but raises four issues for our consideration.
