Certiorari on the relation of Victory Granite Company, employer, and Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company, its insurer, to review a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Commission awarding permanent total disability benefits to Norbert E. Notch, employee, under the occupational disease provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act. We affirm.
