This is a suit for damages based on alleged slanderous remarks made by an attorney during an argument to a jury. The plaintiff was a witness in the case during the trial of which the alleged slanderous remarks were made. The trial court sustained an exception to the plaintiff's petition on the ground that such remarks were absolutely privileged.
