OPINION

KRUCKER, Judge.

Appellant was found guilty by a jury of possession of marijuana for sale in violation of A.R.S. § 36-1002.06, and was sentenced to serve not less than two nor more than three years in the Arizona State Prison.

Two points are raised for our consideration, neither of which mandates reversal of appellant's conviction. He claims first that prosecutorial misconduct deprived him of his right to a fair trial and of his Sixth Amendment...
