A jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County convicted appellant of larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a manufactured article with a defaced serial number. The subject matter of both crimes was a Harley Davidson motorcycle (the Wickman motorcycle). During the trial, the State produced Jerry Wayne Defibaugh who testified, over objection, that he had accompanied appellant during the theft of two other Harley...
