This is a petitory action wherein plaintiffs seek to be recognized as owner and restored to the possession of a .86 acre tract taken from the southeast corner of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, T. 12 S., R. 3 E., Vermilion Parish, Louisiana, which land is hereafter referred to as the "subject tract". Plaintiffs appeal from the trial court judgment which sustained an exception of thirty year acquisitive prescription (LSA-R.C.C....
