Cogdell, deceased; David Martin Cogdell, Jr.; William Munsey Cogdell; Jonisue Cogdell Bowden Stiff; Charlotte Cogdell Etgen; and Douglas Campbell Forbes. The cause of action against the bank was transferred to Tarrant County. Plaintiff dismissed as to Etgen and Forbes....
