This is an appeal from a conviction by a jury for the offense of delivery of marijuana in violation of Burns § 10-3559c(d)(10) (IC 1971, 35-24.1-2-4) and Burns § 10-3561i(c) (IC 1971, 35-24.1-4.1-1).
