Appellant and four co-defendants were arrested and charged with: (1) unlawful possession of heroin, (2) unlawful transportation of heroin, (3) conspiracy to sell heroin and (4) conspiracy to transport heroin. The four co-defendants pled guilty to one count and did not go to trial. Appellant went to trial and was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to sell heroin and conspiracy to transport heroin but was found not guilty of the substantive...
