Appellant, Melvin Sherman Randleman, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CRF-75-226, for the offense of Robbery with Firearms in violation of 21 O.S. Supp. 1973, § 801. His punishment was fixed at a term of imprisonment of fifteen (15) years and from this judgment and sentence, a timely appeal...
