A jury convicted appellant, Tommie D. Colding, Jr., of possession of heroin, and fixed his punishment at five years of confinement in the Department of Correction. From the judgment so entered, Colding appeals, arguing that the trial court erroneously failed to suppress the heroin found on his person pursuant to an allegedly unconstitutional search.
