Plaintiffs, Ronald C. and Elaine Cochran, secured a judgment against Albert and Catherine Kiwazek (who are not parties to this suit), the contract purchasers of a home in Du Page County. Thereafter, and without paying the Cochran judgment, the Kiwazeks conveyed their equitable interest in the real estate to the defendants, Brian D. and Roswitha Cutler, who took title...
