One defendant, LaSalle Parish School Board, filed an exception of no right and no cause of action to this suit in tort against various defendants.

The original petition of Grady Wilder, Jr. (hereafter called "Wilder") alleges an accident on or about November 24, 1974, and an amended petition alleges events occurring in September and November, 1974, and conditions developing in 1975.
