STATEMENT OF THE CASE:

Respondents-appellants Jacqueline, Jeffrey and Joyce Jaques, custodian and next friend of Mark Jaques (the Jaques) appeal from a judgment of the Probate Court which reversed a prior order of the court finding that petitioner-appellee Charles A. Jaques (Charles) was a missing devisee.

We affirm.
