This is an appeal from two orders of the Sheboygan county court entered on March 13 and April 15, 1975. The first order quashed and dismissed Arnold S. Ramaker's writ of certiorari, by which he sought to challenge his probation revocation by the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS). The second order denied a motion for rehearing.
