OPINION

HARBISON, Justice.

This action for personal injuries was instituted by a lineman and by his wife for electrical burns which he sustained while undertaking to repair a transmission line. The line and a pole had been broken by a falling tree during an ice storm. The trial jury found in favor of the plaintiffs, petitioners here.
