This is a devolutive appeal from a judgment on a rule to fix alimony pendente lite, an award for child support and for injunctive relief in a suit for divorce or, alternatively, a judicial separation, brought by the wife, Hazel Carr Hartley, against her husband, John A. Hartley. The judgment overruled the exceptions of lis pendens and improper venue which were filed by the defendant husband, awarded to the plaintiff wife, as alimony pendente lite...
