The defendant was found guilty by a jury of the crimes of rape, deviate sexual intercourse, burglary and larceny. The fact that these crimes were committed as testified to by the victim is not contested by the defendant, but at the trial and on this appeal he has consistently denied that he was the perpetrator and at the trial he also offered evidence to support his alibi claim.
