Defendant William S. Callinan appeals from a judgment of conviction of murder, based on a jury verdict, which found the 51-year-old William Callinan guilty of the murder of a 14-year-old Bureau County girl. The chief witness for the State was defendant's 15-year-old son, Timothy Callinan, who testified that he was with the defendant, his father, on the evening of April 7, 1974...
