Student plaintiff Jeff Trachtman, in his capacity as editor-in-chief of the school newspaper, the Voice, sought permission from the defendant principal at Stuyvesant and the New York City Board of Education (the Board) to distribute a questionnaire designed to measure the sexual attitudes of his fellow Stuyvesant...
