Antco Shipping Company, Limited ("Antco") petitioned the New York State Supreme Court for a stay of arbitration proceedings demanded by Sidermar S.p.A. ("Sidermar"). Sidermar removed the proceeding to this Court, and cross-petitioned for an order directing Antco to proceed to arbitration.
