On July 10, 1975, the appellant, John Landon Pike, was convicted by the court of the crime of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, to wit, methamphetamine, in violation of A.R.S. §§ 32-1970(C), 32-1996(C) and 32-1901 and was sentenced to serve a term of not less than forty nor more than fifty years in the Arizona State Prison. From this conviction and sentence he has appealed. This court has jurisdiction...
