This appeal is from an order of the district court of Stutsman County on October 8, 1974, denying the defendant Timothy Grenz's petition for relief under the Uniform Post-Conviction Procedure Act, Chapter 29-32, N.D.C.C. The defendant is attacking his conviction and sentence in district court for first-degree robbery obtained upon a plea of guilty on October 24, 1974.
