CASE SUMMARY

This is an appeal by Defendant-Appellant, Richie Allen Cooper (Cooper), from a trial court judgment convicting him of Possession of Injection Equipment (Count One) and Possession of Narcotics (Count Two), claiming that evidence presented at trial was the product of an illegal search and seizure and that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his convictions.

We affirm.
