Billy Wayne Niblett was tried by a jury and found guilty under two indictments for armed robbery and one indictment for wounding another while in the commission of a felony. His punishment was fixed at confinement in the State Penitentiary for five years on each of the armed robbery convictions and for one year on the felonious wounding conviction.
