Darryl Ransom, one of the defendants in the above-captioned case, was charged in a one-count indictment with a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. After trial to a jury, a verdict of guilty was returned January 21, 1976.
