COLEMAN, J.

The defendant-appellant, the estate of M. Alicia Macomber,1 appeals from a Court of Appeals decision2 finding defendant-appellant to be the sole employer of the plaintiff and therefore exclusively liable for workmen's compensation payments. We affirm the Court of Appeals.
