HAYS, Justice.

The appellant, Freddie A. Broom, was convicted by the court, after waiving his right to jury trial, of possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was placed on one-year probation and one of the terms of his probation was that he be confined in the county jail for five successive week-ends. The appellant has appealed from this sentence and conviction. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 17A A.R.S. Supreme Court Rules, rule 47(e) (5).
