While working in Vietnam in 1968, the claimant-petitioner, Anderson E. Landrum, sustained accidental injuries in the course of his employment for Air America, Inc. As a result of these injuries, he was permanently and totally disabled. Landrum now challenges a decision of the Department of Labor's Benefits Review Board affirming an administrative law judge's determination that petitioner's award under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers...
