An action was brought by Ivan's Tire Service Store, Inc., against the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for damages. Goodyear cross claimed against Ivan's for the unpaid value of merchandise it had delivered. Ivan's action was premised on alleged violations by Goodyear of the Unfair Practices Act, RCW 19.90, and the Consumer Protection Act, RCW 19.86. A jury verdict was entered in favor of Ivan's for $223,682.09...
