Both the corporation and Mr. Holliday individually have filed petitions for arrangement pursuant to Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act. Mr. Holliday, who is not a lawyer, attempted to appear both on his own behalf and on behalf of his corporation because neither he nor the corporation could afford an attorney.<...
