Defendant Leo Robert Webb, Jr. was charged by two separate informations with receiving stolen property under Section 560.270, RSMo 1969. The informations, respectively, charged him with knowingly buying or receiving a stolen "Lincoln Brand Welder" and a "Schwartz Brand Tilt Bed". By stipulation of the parties the cases were consolidated for trial. Defendant was found guilty of both charges by a Jackson County jury and, pursuant to the Second Offender...
