This case arose out of a rear-end collision involving three vehicles which occurred on U. S. Highway 61 (Airline Highway) in the early morning hours of January 9, 1971. Only the plaintiff Jackson was injured, and he sued defendants St. Pierre and LeBlanc for his personal injuries and property damage.
