Westenberger (Assignee) the sum of $17,168.81 not received by Assignee from Louisiana Polytechnic Institute (Tech.), Nicholls State University (Nicholls) and, McNeese State University (McNeese) (Debtors), because of Debtors' failure to remit funds to Assignee pursuant to valid assignments.
