HEANEY, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from the grant of summary judgment in favor of Mrs. Geneva Phillips. The District Court, Phillips v. Kennedy, Civil No. 51-1250 (W.D.Mo., August 20, 1975), declared her entitled to receive a survivor's pension benefit under the Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Plan on the basis of her husband's service under the Plan.
