Petitioner Walter Davis, having been convicted in the Municipal Court of Franklin County, Ohio, of violating the criminal trespass ordinance of Columbus, Ohio, and having exhausted his state appeals, seeks a determination from this Court adjudging the ordinance to be unconstitutionally vague or overbroad.
